Nicholas is a native North Carolinian with Wilmington, NC roots. After graduating from Needham B. Broughton High School in Raleigh, NC he obtained his Bachelors in Business Marketing from Western Carolina University. He obtained his North Carolina Real Estate license in 2006 and recently graduated from UNC-Wilmington with his Masters in Business Administration. Nicholas was introduced to the real estate industry at a young age riding to various construction sites with his father who is a builder in the Raleigh, NC area. While attending WCU, Nicholas furthered his real estate knowledge by interning at Mckee Properties, a Christies Great Estate affiliate, in Cashiers, NC. He also gained valuable experience while working for a Title & Appraisal company and then for a real estate focused law firm. Prior to joining the Intracoastal Realty New Homes Division, Nicholas worked for almost three years at Coldwell Banker Commercial – TradeMark Properties focusing on commercial brokerage in Raleigh, NC. When not at work, Nicholas enjoys networking, watching NCSU athletics, disc golf, boating, fishing and target shooting.
