After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Business, Rock Hill native, Nick Baker decided to pursue his passion for real estate. Nick moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2007 eager to pursue a career in the residential market and obtained his Broker’s License from the Superior School of Real Estate. Charlotte captured his attention with its diverse neighborhoods and culture that provides a multitude of different homes that are right for all types of individuals. His real estate journey would prove to be a challenging one as he started his career just before the housing market decline of 2008. Despite the decline, Nick has continued to build his career and strengthen his knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market through determination, hard work, and a burning desire to become an expert in his field and provide each and every client with a superior level of service and industry knowledge.
