About:

I have been involved in real estate since 2002 when my husband and I purchased our first investment house. I obtained my real estate license in 2006 to offer more services to the people we were helping. As soon as I was licensed, I began working with first-time buyers and helping them find their dream homes. I also started helping people do short sales of their homes at the beginning of the real estate market's decline in early 2007. I became so proficient in doing short sales, I started teaching other Realtors how to do them. I am happy to say that I am an Advanced Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), which is a designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. What this means to you is that I have the education to help you if you're having trouble paying your mortgage. I can give you all your options and help you make the best choice for you. And if you need to do a short sale and sell your house, I am there for you 100% throughout the process. I am currently completing the "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR) course, which is an official designation acknowledging my ability to help buyers in a very challenging market.
