Early in his career Patrick formed and operated a successful real estate brokerage and was shortly recruited by the #1 Commercial Real Estate company, where he worked for over 11 years negotiating and drafting more that 320 agreements and created over $55 million in property transactions. Also, using his experience in real estate and as a journeyman carpenter, he developed 3 buildings, two of which he still owns and manages.
