In general, the invention relates to a method for transferring funds. The method includes receiving a request to initiate a secure fund transfer, where the request specifies a sender, a recipient, and an amount of funds to transfer from the sender to the recipient. The method further includes sending a request to verify that an account associated with the sender comprises at least the amount of funds to be transferred, receiving notification that the account comprises at least the amount of funds to be transferred, requesting a reservation of funds in the account corresponding to the amount of funds to be transferred, receiving notification of the reservation, notifying the recipient that the amount of funds to be transferred is reserved, initiating a transfer of funds, to the recipient, in the amount of the reserved funds, and receiving acknowledgment that the transfer of the funds is complete.

Abstract:

A method and system for providing coupons to select consumers includes a process for providing coupons to select consumers whereby a coupon provider defines one or more coupon eligibility criterion that must be met by a consumer in order for the consumer to be eligible to receive one or more coupons. Access to data representing the one or more coupon eligibility criterion is then provided. A consumer's financial data is then obtained from one or more sources using a computing system implemented financial management system. In one embodiment, using the consumer's financial data and the data representing the one or more coupon eligibility criterion, one or more coupons are identified that the consumer is eligible to receive. In one embodiment, the consumer is then provided access to the one or more coupons identified that the consumer is eligible to receive.

A system, method, and apparatus for providing an adaptive interactive media experience are described. Aspects of the invention provide instruction for an actor performing in a virtual studio. The actor and a video capture device are directed using one or more specified video templates. Abstract:

A vacuum cane for picking up articles off the floor is provided and consists of a hollow cylindrical cane-shaped housing having a curved hand grip, an electric fan affixed vertically within the housing near the hand grip to provide suction for the vacuum cane, a battery within the housing to supply power to the electric fan and an inverted cup affixed to bottom of the housing. The cup creates a seal around its periphery so that a vacuum is created applying suction of a small area to a large area when placed against the article to be picked up off the floor.
