Abstract:
A system and method for classifying radar emitters includes: (a) receiving a plurality of signals from the radar emitters; (b) generating data components for each signal received from the radar emitters; (c) forming multi-dimensional samples using the generated data components; and (d) sorting the multi-dimensional samples into a plurality of data clusters, based on their respective proximity to the data clusters, each data cluster representing a classification of a radar emitter.

Abstract:
A method of classifying radar emitters includes the steps of: (a) receiving pulses from multiple radar emitters; (b) categorizing received pulses based on pulse data descriptors (PDWs); (c) forming clusters of received pulses based on the PDWs; and (d) de-interleaving pulses from the cluster using one of a differential time of arrival (DTOA) histogram technique, a spectrum estimation technique, or a Hough transform technique. Step (a) includes receiving the pulses during a predetermined time interval and storing the received pulses as a snapshot representing the pulses present during the predetermined time interval.

Abstract:
The invention is an apparatus () for treating inverted nipples and/or the collection of NAF. The invention includes an assembly which creates an airtight seal upon attachment to at least an areola () of an inverted nipple () and by rotation of a part thereof draws a partial vacuum to apply an outward force to the nipple; and a syringe () including a curved longitudinal axis (), the syringe being carried by the assembly and being in fluid communication with a chamber () of the assembly upon attachment of the assembly to at least an areola of an inverted nipple, the syringe including a plunger () which is sealed against an inner surface () of the syringe and is rotatable to move along the longitudinal axis relative to the chamber which moves the plunger within a syringe body to expel air from the syringe body away from the chamber upon rotation of the plunger in a first direction and to aspirate air from the chamber upon attachment of the apparatus to the breast surrounding the nipple upon rotation in a second direction opposite to the first direction to create a partial vacuum within the chamber to evert the nipple.

Abstract:
A method of classifying radar emitters includes the steps of: (a) receiving pulses from multiple radar emitters over a plurality of consecutive first time intervals; (b) identifying pulses in each of the plurality of consecutive first time intervals corresponding to one or more first pulse trains using a first algorithm and de-interleaving the identified pulses from the plurality of first time intervals; (c) associating received pulses not identified and de-interleaved using the first algorithm with a plurality of consecutive second time intervals; and (d) identifying further pulses in each of the plurality of consecutive second time intervals corresponding to one or more second pulse trains using a second algorithm different from the first algorithm and de-interleaving the identified further pulses from the pulses associated with the plurality of consecutive second time intervals. Each consecutive second time interval is formed from two or more consecutive first time intervals.

Abstract:
Systems, methods and media are provided for optimizing similar item recommendations in a semi-structured environment. In one embodiment a system includes at least one processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to perform operations comprising, at least identifying a seed item; retrieving a subset of recommended items relevant to the seed item; and ranking the subset of recommended items based on an item conversion probability, wherein the ranking of the subset of recommended items is based on a machine learning technique, and wherein a binary or multi-class label is used as training input to the machine learning technique.
