We bought our first home in Havasu in 2002. At first it was a vacation home and then we started spending more and more time here. Now we are here most of the year and just visit our home in Bend, Oregon. Havasu is such a unique city with great weather and people, we are glad to call it our home. Although my background is accounting, I have been involved in real estate construction for over 30 years. My husband is a licensed Oregon plumbing contractor since 1971. We have been building new homes and remodeling homes for many years. The foreclosure market in Havasu has created a unique opportunity for investors as well as buyers. We feel that we are providing a great service for those who want to invest in Havasu for a vacation home or permanent residency. We specialize in purchasing homes going into foreclosure at the auction. We go through the home and completely update and remodel whatever needs to be done. We strive to keep the prices low so that more people can afford to live in this paradise. By renovating these homes we are also helping our City to get these homes back on water and electricity. We are cleaning up the neighborhoods and helping to bring up the property value of the surrounding residences. We have been involved with the Elks Club for the past 42 years. I am avid knitter and thoroughly enjoy our local Knit Shoppe. We enjoy all of the events that Havasu has to offer. I am a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
