Born in Nassau, Bahamas I have been an investor in Central Florida for over fifteen years; buying, selling and managing my own homes. I have also been involved with construction, building and selling spec homes and small strip malls. I initialing began buying rental homes and transitioned in to selling homes with owner financing.
