Skills:
A few key skills and abilities gain from my college,work experience and life experience. Renaissance Man: I consider myself a Renaissance Man after many jobs, college years, and life experience. I have the ability to be proficient in a wide range of fields. Any new job one will be trained as a member of their own company. After training their way, I'll have the ability to comprehend and adapt those practices to employees for our company success. Leadership Skills: Honesty, communicates well in different settings, ability to delegate, confidence, creativity, intuition, and positive attitude doing all occasions, and commitment. Management Skills: Leads groups of up to 120 associates, manages conflict within the environment, makes decisions, implements decision, and enforces policies within the company. Organization Skills: Business Intelligence, Metrics, Policy Enforcement, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, handles details, meets deadlines, sets goals, and multitasks. Technology Skills: Operating Systems for all Microsoft products like XP, Vista, 7, and 8. Applications / Software windows are the following: WMS, Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and database/file management. Communications: Writes clearly and concisely, listens attentively, understands importance of good customer service, gathers appropriate information, and provides well-thought out solutions. Interpersonal Skills: Works well with others, cooperates, understands feelings, flexible, self-confident, and accepts responsibility. Research and Planning: Creates ideas, identifies problems, meets goals, gathers information, solves problems, and develops strategies for any obstacle that comes up.
