I have 13 years in plastic injection molding, blow molding and extrusion molding from removing to replacing molds to rebuilding molding machines, hot stamp machines and molds (tooling). I have also been in the positions of lead and 2.5 years Supervision at a company called Valley plastics (Automotive) in Kalamazoo Michigan which is now closed. My responsibilities were to oversee 17 injection molding machines, four hot stamp machine, QC lab, maintenance shop, tool room, paint booth, and around 35 Employees on 3rd shift. Other duties but not limited to Sunday night startups, scheduling production, Monitoring shift performance through SPC, monitoring employees attendance and performance, training, Performance reviews and everyday tasks To keep production running smoothly. I have worked on rebuilding and replacing engines from small to large engines 2 cycles & 4 strokes. I have performed rewiring of cars, trucks, motors and even homes. I know how to stick weld, meg weld and a little with teg welding. I have used many hand tools, eclectic hand tools, air tools, Drill presses, metal lays, saws, soldering irons etc. I have a good understanding on how machines work and how to fix them.
