Abstract:

A system for computer aided technician dispatch and communication includes a communications system linking a plurality of subscribers, a team of technicians, a service representative, and a user. An input terminal receives information, the information includes service request information from the plurality of subscribers (), and work order information from the team of technicians. The system, also includes a server coupled to the input terminals for processing the information and generating a graphical representation of the information, and, a display for receiving the graphical representation and presenting the graphical representation to a user. A method for computer aided technician dispatch and communication includes communicating with a plurality of subscribers and a team of technicians and receiving information, the information including service request information from the subscriber and work order information from the team of technicians. The method also includes entering the information in an input terminal coupled to a server processing the information, the processing resulting in a graphical representation of the information and displaying the graphical representation to a user.

A system and method for computer aided technician dispatch and communication are disclosed. A method for computer aided technician dispatch and communication comprises five steps. Those steps are (1) communicating with a plurality of subscribers and team of technicians; (2) receiving information, the information comprising service request information from the subscriber and work order information from the team of technicians, (3) entering the information in an input terminal, the input terminal coupled to a server; (4) processing the information, the processing resulting in a graphical representation of the information; and (5) displaying the graphical representation to a user.

Abstract:

An apparatus for fast pyrolysis of biomass and other solid organic materials including a vertically oriented cylindrical vessel having a solids outlet proximate the bottom thereof, a vapor outlet, a top wall forming at least one opening, and an adjacent heated side wall. Disposed within the cylindrical vessel and extending through the at least one opening in the top wall is a rotor having a rotatable shaft coincident with the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical vessel to which is attached at least one substantially vertically oriented blade having one edge connected directly or indirectly with the rotatable shaft and having an opposite edge spaced apart from the heated side wall, whereby a non-radial, preferably tangential, force is imparted on the feedstock in the cylindrical vessel. Also disclosed is a method for fast pyrolysis of biomass and other solid organic materials.
