Abstract:

An augmented reality (AR) system for generating AR-based profiles using an AR computing device and an AR display device is provided. The AR system is configured to detect a consumer computing device located at a predefined distance from the AR display device, and transmit an electronic request message to an electronic computer application stored on the consumer computing device. The AR system is also configured to receive an electronic response message from the consumer computing device, wherein the electronic response message includes AR consumer data, and retrieve, from a database, an AR-based profile associated with the consumer based on the AR consumer identifier. The AR system is further configured to transmit the AR-based profile in the form of AR data to the AR display device, and display the AR data on a display screen of the AR display device.

Abstract:

A system, computer-readable media and computer-implemented method for geo-verification of consumer reviews. The method may be carried out by one or more processor(s) configured to execute instructions of a software application stored on the computer-readable media. The method may include receiving consumer location data and generating a first one-time code. The first one-time code and a seller location identifier may be stored in an entry of a review code database, the seller location identifier reflecting a location of a consumer corresponding to the consumer location data. A second one-time code and at least a portion of a review may be received, the at least a portion of the review including a seller location reference. The entry including the seller location identifier may be identified, the seller location identifier corresponding to the seller location reference. The first one-time code of the entry may be matched to the second one-time code. A verification message relating to the review may be generated.

A location-based event scheduling and coordination system includes at least one host computing device configured to accept from at least one user a first event and a second event at respectively different locations to be successively attended. The host computing device automatically considers location-based information for each of the first event and the second event to determine a possible scheduling conflict between the first event and the second event, and if a possible scheduling conflict is determined, automatically notifies the at least one user.

Abstract:

Systems, devices and methods are directed toward preserving an interface displayed at a communication device, and then transmitting the preserved image to a recipient. An interface is initially displayed to a user, at a communication device, illustrating various information to the user. When desired to share the information with the recipient, the user provides a capture command to the communication device for all or part of the information in the interface. In response, the communication device captures an image of the interface relating to the capture command. The user can then transmit the captured image to the recipient, without storing the image in nonvolatile memory of the communication device.
