Abstract:
Apparatus and methods for sharing a gas panel among a plurality of multi-zone gas feed chambers of a plasma processing chamber. Each multi-zone gas feed chamber is provided with its own multi-zone gas feed device to adjustably split the incoming gas flow into each chamber and provide the different gas flows to different zones of the multi-zone gas feed chamber.

Abstract:
A system includes a multi-stack subscriber, a gateway, and a web portal. The web portal determines whether the subscriber is authenticated to access the Internet using a first Internet Protocol by receiving logon information from the subscriber. The subscriber requests to access the Internet using a second Internet Protocol. The gateway and/or the web portal determine whether the subscriber is authenticated to access the Internet using the second Internet Protocol without sending a second logon to the subscriber.
Systems And Methods For Seamless Failover In Branch Deployments By Superimposing Clustering Solution On Vrrp

International Classification:
H04L 12/24 H04L 12/66 H04L 12/46
Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for providing a clustering solution and a Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) platform for a branch deployment of at least a first gateway and a second gateway. The VRRP platform can be associated with a VRRP Internet Protocol (IP) address and the first gateway configured as a VRRP master. A change in an operational status of the first gateway can be determined with the clustering solution. The second gateway can be caused to be configured, with the clustering solution, as a new VRRP master. Network traffic associated with the VRRP Internet Protocol (IP) address can be received. The second gateway can be caused to forward the network traffic.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for receiving an indication that controllers and network devices belong to a site of a network, detecting the controllers and the network devices at the site, clustering the controllers to be deployed in the network, mapping the network devices to the controllers, and tunneling traffic from client devices accessing the network through the network devices to one of the controllers.
Anchor Network Address Translation (Nat) Flow Access Point (Ap) Selection In A Multi-Ap Deployment

International Classification:

Abstract:
Network address translation (NAT) flow migration between wireless access points (APs) in a manner that ensures that client devices can seamlessly roam between APs is described. An AP on which a NAT flow is first created is designated as an anchor NAT flow AP for that NAT flow during the lifetime of the NAT flow. When a non-anchor AP to which a client has roamed receives a packet that matches an active NAT flow, the non-anchor AP forwards the packet to the anchor AP for that NAT flow. The roamed AP may consult NAT flow uplink session information to identify the anchor AP as a next hop for the matching packet. Upon receipt, the anchor AP source NATs the packet with its own IP address and routes the packet towards the Internet. Downlink packets that match the NAT flow are routed in a similar manner through the anchor AP.

Abstract:
Implementing and applying a database with radio station information that is gathered from client devices as stations become available to a plurality of users (i.e., “crowd sourced” radio station information) and allowing for a client device to download only the radio station information that is pertinent to the travel route of the user and/or radio station selection criteria associated with the client device or the user. Radio station information can be rendered via a graphical interface of a client device to allow the user to informatively select a new radio station, either before or as a current radio signal degrades to the point of being unusable. Radio station information may be rendered to cause the user's terrestrial radio to tune to a new station.
Hybrid Flow Metrology For Improved Chamber Matching

International Classification:

Abstract:
A gas flow metrology system for a substrate processing system includes N primary valves selectively flowing gas from N gas sources, respectively, where N is an integer. N mass flow controllers are connected to the N primary valves, respectively, to flow N gases from the N gas sources, respectively. N secondary valves selectively flow gas from the N mass flow controllers, respectively. A gas flow path connects the N secondary valves to a flow metrology system located remote from the N secondary valves, wherein the gas flow path includes a plurality of gas lines. A controller is configured to perform a hybrid flow metrology by selectively using a first flow metrology and a second flow metrology that is different from the first flow metrology to determine an actual flow rate for a selected gas at a desired flow rate from one of the N mass flow controllers.

Abstract:
A system and method for processing a substrate in a processing chamber and providing an azimuthally evenly distributed draw on the processing byproducts using a gas pump down source coupled to the processing chamber above the plane of a substrate support within the processing chamber. The process chamber can include an annular plenum disposed between the support surface plane and the chamber top, the plenum including at least one vacuum inlet port coupled to the gas pump down source and a continuous inlet gap proximate to a perimeter of the substrate support, the continuous inlet gap having an inlet gas flow resistance of between about twice and about twenty times an outlet gas flow resistance the at least one vacuum inlet port.
