Additionally, because the precursor EQ is fractionally spaced, both sine and cosine values of the 4 kHz tone's initial phase can be achieved simultaneously. As a result, only 36 QTS symbols are needed in order to perform the required estimation.

2 men killed in apparent murder-suicide at Indiana factory

Ward R. Edwards, 49, of Columbus was killed by Qing Chen, 37, of Seymour, Seymour police said. The two men were found dead in a meeting room on the second floor of the plants technical center. Police recovered a 9 mm Glock handgun at the scene.
