Abstract:

In one embodiment, the present invention comprises a food additive for beverages, specifically suited as an additive for coffee or other coffee beverages that reduces the effects of the acidic beverage on a human's digestive system. In one embodiment, a form of DGL and other all-natural components reduce the effects of the acidity of coffee without negatively affecting the flavor. In other embodiments, the food additive includes nutritional supplements including vitamins and minerals and other ingredients to transform coffee into a functional beverage.

Abstract:

A method of communicating between a portable computing device and a host computer is provided. The method typically includes storing a responsive action to be taken in the event that the portable computing device becomes missing. Typically, the responsive action is stored at a location accessible by the host computer, such as on an associated database. The method also includes registering the portable computing device as having a missing status, establishing contact between the portable computing device and the host computer via a communication network, and instructing the portable computing device to take the responsive action. The method may include before registering the portable computing device as having a missing status, receiving a report from an interest holder in the portable computing device that the portable computing device is missing, and storing the missing status in a database associated with the host computer. The responsive action may be retrieving or deleting data from the portable computing device, restricting user access to the portable computing device, and/or tracking the location of the portable computing device.

Abstract:

A system for detection of covert spying devices. A computing device of the system is configured to receive user selections of covert spying device detection options. An image recognition process is carried out to determine whether any object detected in an image of objects being scanned resembles an already known covert spying device. A network scan process is carried out optionally or additionally to determine whether any network attribute associated with objects being scanned resembles any network attribute associated with the already known covert spying device. A monitoring process detects and logs any unauthorized access made to objects being scanned on finding any deviation in activities occurred in the objects being scanned from a standard set of activities. A report indicates any object as a suspected covert spying device on finding any resemblance with an already known covert spying device or on finding any unauthorized access.

Abstract:

A method for registration of rights for hosting virtual objects over a property in augmented reality environment in an augmented reality registration service system. The augmented reality registration service system provides a user interface to enable a property owner to place a request for registration of rights for associating virtual objects in augmented reality environment over a property selected from maps presented through the user interface. Right of associating virtual objects over a property for display in augmented reality environment is reserved for the property owner if permissible. The system can render different virtual objects at different coordinates of the property as requested by the property owner or a third party having permission from the property owner.
