About:
At my age you are experienced. The question becomes in what are you experienced? I am a US Navy veteran and worked hard to be a good husband and father to two grown sons. My wife, Christine, and I both worked hard to put each other through college and graduate debt free. In our life we have been fortunate to own and renovate several historic homes including an 1773 Colonial, an 1871 Victorian and a 1934 cottage. We are currently negotiating the short sale purchase of a 1924 cracker house here on the Treasure Coast. We have owned multi-family homes and vacation rental properties. When I am looking for a home or investment property, I hire myself. If you are looking for home, investment property and just want to know about the market, you can hire me also. And, the wonder of it all is that as a buyer, my services are free. In real estate like in life it is the sum of one's experience which reflects their path and their ability to work with and help others.

Description:
I always wanted to live only in the most beautiful places and I have been fortunate enough to do just that. I don't believe there is a more beautiful place than the Lake Winnipesaukee area of New Hampshire during the autumn. But the winters are harsh so if you are looking for year round warmth, uncrowded beaches, fabulous golf and absolutely outstanding fishing, then come visit me on Florida's Treasure Coast in the communities of Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce and Stuart. After 25 years of working in printing and publishing mostly for myself, I decided that it was time for a change. I began real estate as a career by buying and renovating an1773 Colonial home that was being used as a five family income property. I followed that by overhauling an 1871 Victorian that was on the verge of collapse. Then, I restored a couple of condos in the mountains of western South Carolina on Lake Keowee. I love being hands on but the time has come for me to be less physical. But, you learn buying and selling skills well when it is your own sweat equity and livelyhood that is at stake. If you let me work for you, then I promise the same diligence and sense of responsibility when being intrusted to help you with your real estate decisions. Areas of Expertise: Whether it is a residential single family home, a beach front condo, new construction or a property needing a bit of TLC, I pride myself on being thorough in my research. I work primarily in residential real estate but having owned small businesses and rental property, I can be of help in those areas. Visit my website. Ask yourself if it is organized and designed for ease of use? Does it provide you with features that you need? Does it provide you with access to the information you want? Then ask yourself, is Randy the type of organized realtor that will work for my interests? If yes, I am easy to reach via email at [email protected] or on my cell phone at 772-532-2121.
