I have conducted phase inspections on UH-60 A/L/M Blackhawk helicopters. Ensure production and quality control of all maintenance is performed, documented all work performed in aircraft forms, records and Contract Field Team workbooks. Report aircraft status, and order all necessary parts. Follow and interpret engineering drawings, military specifications, standards, safety directives and maintenance manuals to determine feasibility and method of repair or replacing of malfunctioning or damaged components. Ensure compliance with all SOF's, ASAM's, MWO's, and MIM's. Service, remove, repair, replace, modify and install components in accordance with maintenance manuals and test procedures to ensure airworthiness. Systems include engines (tear down and rebuild), flight controls (SAS servos and actuators, power train, pneumatic, hydraulic servo valves, prop and rotor, environmental, landing gears, avionics (radios and antennas), electronics, egress and fuel systems. Proficient in trouble shooting all the above systems listed. The above tasks are performed using various test/diagnostic equipment (i.e. Stabilator Amplifier Test Sets, various Blade Deice Tests Sets, Multi- Meters, Aircraft Computer Tests Sets, and Fuel Integrity Tests Sets) as well as ground support equipment such as overhead hoists/winches, forklifts, industrial power generators, and compressed gas servicing carts. Perform aircraft services and rigging of flight control surfaces. I am versed on usage of TMDE equipment.
