Police charge man with intoxication manslaughter in fatal Travis Co. motorcycle crash
Austin-Travis County EMS pronounced 28-year-old Raul Diaz dead at the scene. The woman, who was thrown from the motorcycle, suffered critical, life-threatening injuries. Medics transported her to Dell Seton Medical Center. Authorities later said the womans baby did not survive.
