Abstract:

Systems and methods are disclosed for determining whether a third party observer could determine that an organization has an intent with respect to subject matter based on the organization's web activity. The determination that there is a risk of information leaks to the third party observer can be completed by analyzing the entropy of web usage information destined for the third party observer's servers. Systems and methods are also disclosed for mitigating the risk of information leaks by obscuring the organization's web activity. The web activity can be obscured by selecting candidate actions that can be used to generate neutralizing web traffic from the organization's network which will obscure an intent the organization has with respect to a particular subject matter. For example, the candidate actions can identify specific queries, links, or actions that the organization can take to neutralize their web activity to a less remarkable point in the search space.

Abstract:

A printed circuit board connection system provides multiple voltage level interconnection to each individual printed circuit board of a multiple board system via a common circuit board connector mounted on a backplane. Power supply and logic signals at each required voltage level are supplied to electrically isolated regions of the backplane, and are then connected via edge connectors to process control circuits on the respective printed circuit boards. A circuit board extraction handle includes an automatic disabling switch actuator to facilitate circuit board maintenance while power is on.

Abstract:

In one embodiment, an illustrative method herein may comprise: determining, by a device of a communication session, that a new epoch has occurred within the communication session, wherein the communication session has one or more member devices; generating, by the device and in response to the new epoch, a new key encryption key and a key bundle comprising one or more keys to decrypt content of the communication session from one or more previous epochs of the communication session; encrypting, by the device, the key bundle with the new key encryption key to create an encrypted key bundle; and sharing, from the device, the encrypted key bundle with the one or more member devices to allow the one or more member devices to access the content of the communication session from the one or more previous epochs.

Abstract:

This disclosure describes techniques for allowing an organization to manage user identities. In some examples, the management of user identities may be serverless. In some examples, serverless identity management may be enabled through a distributed application on user devices of the organization. The application may generate and/or store information related to the user identities on the user devices. Serverless identity management may further include storing at least some of the information at a location that is easily accessible to the user devices, such as a cloud computing location, while maintaining security for private data. Serverless identity management may therefore provide an organization with greater operational flexibility.

Abstract:

A computer system applies security policies to web traffic while maintaining privacy. A network security agent is authenticated by a client application to dynamically obtain one or more security policies, wherein the client application and the network security agent are configured to execute on a device and the network security agent is capable of communicating with a source of security policies. Connection information is obtained that includes a request to initiate an encrypted connection with a destination entity. The client application determines whether the encrypted connection between the client application and the destination entity is permitted according to the security policy and based on the connection information. The encrypted connection between the client and the destination entity is established in response to determining that the encrypted connection is permitted. Embodiments may further include a method and computer program product for applying security policies to web traffic.
