Abstract:

A method for generating a maintenance schedule for a machine is provided. The method includes receiving an identification code of the machine to be maintained. The method includes identifying the machine based on the identification code. The method includes obtaining at least one machine parameter associated with the maintenance of the machine. The method includes receiving a first input indicative of selecting a component in the machine. The method also includes receiving a second input indicative of a notification frequency for the selected component. The method also sending a notification based on the notification frequency. The method also includes receiving a third input, in response to the notification. The third input is indicative of an operational parameter of the component. The method further includes generating the maintenance schedule of the component based on the received operational parameter of the component and the predetermined maintenance schedule.

Abstract:

A method of tracking machine maintenance includes tracking units of time with a service meter associated with the machine. Machine maintenance protocols may be performed based on tracking of units of time with the service meter. The accuracy of the service meter may be assessed, and the method includes creating a virtual reference hour meter associated with the machine in response to a service meter inaccuracy being assessed. Units of time may be tracked with the virtual reference hour meter. Machine maintenance protocols may be performed based on tracking of units of time with the virtual reference hour meter.

Abstract:

A method of assigning maintenance services for a fleet of machines is disclosed. The method may include storing a list of maintenance services for the fleet of machines in the electronic maintenance tracking database, and displaying, via a computing device, the list of maintenance services for the fleet of machines. The method may further include displaying an option to assign a maintenance service for a machine. The method may further include receiving input from an administrator, via the computing device, to assign the maintenance service, and prompting the administrator to select a technician to perform the maintenance service. The method may further include storing in the electronic maintenance tracking database data associated with the selected technician in connection with the maintenance service and the machine. The method may further include communicating data associated with the maintenance service and the machine to a portable computing device associated with the selected technician.

Abstract:

A computer-implemented method includes identifying a plurality of services for a machine. Each of the plurality of services has a service type, and the service type includes an interval service and an independent service. The method includes receiving an input indicative of a usage history of the machine and determining, based on at least one of the service type and the usage history, an estimated due date for each of the plurality of services. The method includes displaying service identifiers, each of which represents one of the plurality of services and indicates the service type, wherein a location of each of the service identifiers along a date axis corresponds to the estimated due date of the at least one of the plurality of services indicated by the service identifier. The location of each of the service identifiers along a service axis corresponds to the service type.
