Compositions and methods for detection of estrogen receptor- in human tissues are provided. The compositions are monoclonal antibodies specific for estrogen receptor- binding. The method provided is a prognostic method and/or a predictive assay for cancer, including breast cancer. The assay provided uses a estrogen receptor- antibody that has both high affinity and specificity and can be used in archival tissue sections.

Abstract:
A method of sterilizing compositions prepared from amniotic membrane tissues may include harvesting placental tissue, separation of amniotic membrane tissue, and treatment of the amniotic membrane tissue with a supercritical fluid such as carbon dioxide. Treatment with supercritical fluid may subject the amniotic membrane tissue to conditions sufficient to sterilize the tissue yet maintain at least some biological function of the sterilized composition. Compositions described herein may be used as tissue grafts, wound dressings, cell culture substrates, or other substrates for use in tissue engineering.

Without these guys doing their job and willing to lay down their lives for us we wouldn't have anything, said Robert Christy, who brought homemade signs to the procession. I mean this is absolutely necessary that we show support.
debris the bane of satellite navigation. Or it could be something more. Theres always confusion with these sort of things, because no one knows exactly what these satellites are up to, space expert Robert Christy, once a member of the famed Kettering Group of astronomers, told the Post.
