A new composition is formed by combining a reduced waste rubber, a heavy paraffin and a reduced waste thermoplastic, and then further reducing the resulting material while holding it at an elevated temperature. In preferred embodiments the rubber and thermoplastic are pre-processed by reduction to mesh sizes of about 0. 25 inch and 0. 5 inch respectively, and the paraffin is pre-processed by being fluidizing to have a viscosity of at most about 1. 0 Centipoise. It is also contemplated that the rubber and paraffin can be advantageously combined with each other prior to inclusion of the thermoplastic, with the paraffin/rubber combination being heated to a temperature of about 220Â F. to about 250Â F. for about 3 minutes. It is still further contemplated that the combination of rubber, paraffin and thermoplastic can be heated to between about 360Â F.
Metatag identifiers are stored in a spreadsheet, and are made available for use in metatagging various files. Steps may include: identifying the item of data in a document; activating an activation code; providing a listing of metatag choices; selecting a metatag from the listing of metatag choices; identifying the selected metatag with a column in the spreadsheet; and storing at least a portion of the item of data in a cell of the column. The listing is preferably a visually displayed listing, and selection can be made by clicking. Data previously associated with a metatag, and stored in the spreadsheet can be displayed as values. The values for a given metatag can thus be sorted and listed, providing immediate feedback to a user to assist in determining the propriety of a particular metatag.
Systems and methods allow independent users to both search and classify third party information, in inconsistent ways, using lists of predefined topics. Users can preferably add their own topics, with the system providing information as to frequency of use of various topics to encourage conformity. Users are encouraged to classify third party material by having the ability to add and publish their own editorial or other comments on that third party material.
An item of information is transmitted to a distal computer, translated to a different sense modality and/or, language and in substantially real time, and the translation is transmitted back to the location from which the item was sent. The device sending the item is preferably a wireless device, and more preferably a cellular or other telephone. The device receiving the translation is also preferably a wireless device, and more preferably a cellular or other telephone, and may advantageously be the same device as the sending device. The item of information preferably comprises a sentence of human speech having at least ten words, and the translation is a written expression of the sentence. All of the steps of transmitting the item of information, executing the program code, and transmitting the translated information preferably occurs in less than 60 seconds of elapsed time.
Table For Storing Parameterized Product/Services Information Using Variable Field Columns
Computer implemented systems store descriptions of multiple different types of marketplace items as a collection of parameter-value pairs, using a table having a plurality of rows and columns, wherein values for at least two of the items are stored in cells of first and second ones of the rows, respectively; keys that provide information that can be used to decipher differential mappings of a plurality of the columns to a plurality of parameters in different ones of the rows; and one or more interfaces that collectively display previously stored parameters and values to a human end-user.
A matter management software is improved through the use of management improvement features selected from (a) a single display () that shows matter identification information (A-G), a plurality of miulestones (), a plurality of hourly billing descriptions (), and a plurality of calendared items (); (b) a user-defined on-line procedures mechanism accessed by selection of a milestone of the plurality of milestones; (c) a matter specific timer based reminder mechanism (); and (d) a plurality of identifier/value pairs for storing data. In another aspect identifier/value pairs can be used to stole including data for milestones, office procedures, matter details, contact relationships, and contact specific or address specific information.

Abstract:
The present invention provides systems and methods in which user-created and user-selectable personas are used to enhance a search string for submission to a search engine. The persona information can also be used to filter or rank search results. A given user can combine multiple characteristics in various ways to produce different persona, and can choose among different as desired for a given search. Software to capture, maintain, store, and use persona information can be physically spread out across multiple computers operated by different companies, with a third party hosting the persona capturing interfaces.
Systems And Methods For Storing And Retrieving Goods And Services Information Using Parameter/Value Databases
Improvements for parametized storage and retrieval of multiple different types of marketplace items include: (a) providing lists recommended parameters to guide users' entry and searching of data; (b) limiting users to suggesting additions of new parameters to the system; (c) an item classification based in whole or in part upon a trademark classification; (d) a data structure in which value data is stored in cells of a table for which a given column can represent multiple different parameters; (e) values can comprise links that resolve to particular items of data other than a file, a web site, and an email address; data is loaded en masse, and then distributed to edge cache databases; and (f) users can privatize individual records and values within their loaded data.
