Dr. Fowler attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. He has earned Master degrees from both Southwestern Baptist theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg Virginia. He has a Education Specialist degree from Liberty University. He earned his Doctorate of Ministry in May of 1990, from Tyndale Theological Seminary. He is currently serving a congregation of over 10,000 members as Senior Pastor of Victory Missionary Baptist Church. He also pastors a satellite church as well Victory Black Mountain. Based on a strong background of community involvement, Pastor Fowler has successfully developed ministries and programs that continue to make a successful impact on both the church and the secular community. He has conducted leadership seminars and workshops nationwide, Pastor Fowler is a local community activist and consultant to community leaders such as law-enforcement, state and city political leaders, education, social and psychologically driven agencies to name a few.
