Abstract:

Provided is a novel system and method for delivery of gas from a liquefied state. The system includes (a) a delivery vessel holding a bulk quantity of liquefied gas therein; (b) a heat exchanger disposed on the delivery vessel to provide or remove energy from the liquefied gas only; and (c) a pressure controller for monitoring and adjusting the energy delivered to the vessel. The system and method allow for controlled delivery of liquefied gas from a delivery vessel at a predetermined flow rate. Particular applicability is found in the delivery of gases to semiconductor process tools.

Abstract:

A logic card frame for housing removable printed circuit boards comprises a pair of identical one piece molded half frames that are snapped together, stackable, and slideable from an inserted to a withdrawn position within an associated rack or cabinet. The assembled half frames include integrally molded circuit board guide tracks, each with a groove, a flexure, and a raised portion to guide and prevent vibration of a printed electrical circuit board inserted into a guide track. The base on which the logic card frame is slideably mounted has a ratcheted latch and leaf spring combination for retaining the inserted logic card frame.

Abstract:

A leak detection system for flat commercial roof structures is disclosed in order to detect and subsequently repair a leak as soon as possible such that any damage to the roof, as well as to other structural and/or insulation components of the overall roof structure, can be minimized due to the absorption or migration of the water. The leak detection system may comprise elongated water detection sensor strips to be fixedly secured to at least two edge portions of insulation board assemblies, or alternatively, electrical circuits may be provided over the entire expanse of the major upper surface portion of each insulation board assembly, or alternatively still further, rolls of water detection sensor strips may be applied to different regions of the flat commercial roof structure.
