Abstract:

A user interface provides for accessing a large database of information using both browsing and searching behaviors. The database is hierarchically arranged using matrices containing cells, individual cells in the matrices associated with matrices in lower levels of the database. A viewer may browse the database by using commands that designate cells of interest, and viewing previews of such cells, and topically related cells, and selecting cells for retrieval. The viewer can navigate through the matrices of the database, each time further narrowing the range of cells viewing previews and selecting for retrieval. The user interface further provides for a user-configured matrix in which the user can place a variety of cells from anywhere in the database, allowing rapid access to and retrieval of frequently accessed cells.

Abstract:

Embodiments described herein may be related to apparatuses, processes, and techniques for a dam structure on a substrate that is proximate to a die coupled with the substrate, where the dam decreases the risk of die shift during encapsulation material flow over the die during the manufacturing process. The dam structure may fully encircle the die. During encapsulation material flow, the dam structure creates a cavity that moderates the different flow rates of material that otherwise would exert different pressures the sides of the die and cause to die to shift its position on the substrate. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment a semiconductor workpiece processing system having at least one processing tool for processing semiconductor workpieces, a container for holding at least one semiconductor workpiece therein for transport to and from the at least one processing tool and a first transport section elongated and defining a travel direction. The first transport section has parts, that interface the container, supporting and transporting the container along the travel direction to and from the at least one processing tool. The container is in substantially continuous transport at a substantially constant rate in the travel direction, when supported by the first transport section. A second transport section is connected to the at least one process tool for transporting the container to and from the at least one processing tool.
