As a buyer, your first consultation will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. I will carefully listen to your wants and needs. Then begins the search As properties come on the market, the best ones sell fast and It can be overwhelming swimming through the sea of available properties. To help with this task, I utilize Virtual Office Technology to lay out all the properties that fit your criteria so that you can easily scroll through and pick your own properties. Then, we will co-create the right list of properties to view, separating the junk from the possible gems and eliminating wasted time in the process. We will search until we find the perfect home for you. We will then negotiate the correct price with the sellers and agents. Working through the inspection items, I will be there every step of the way insuring that the items important to you are fixed and more importantly that we get the best out of the Seller that we can. Assuring the listing agent that you are the best for their seller's property, is an art at which I excel. Carefully inspected houses sometimes turn up items that make these properties not worth the negotiated price and at these times we might walk from the deal and find a better home. Working with an agent that cares more about his client than the deal, is most important. As a sellers agent, my strength is in presentation. My strategies for staging, photographing, and marketing the home are exceptional, accentuating the highlights and minimizing the deficiencies. Specialties I have studied many buyers over the years and learned what is important to them. I have listened to their comments when showing other agent's listings.
