Systems, methods, and computer readable media having computer executable instructions for modifying behavior of a set of rules used to govern the operation of a payment transaction system are disclosed. An example system includes a transaction processing entity, rules processing entity, and a user interaction processing entity. A transaction request from a requesting entity is received by the transaction processing entity and the rules processing entity applies a rules set with related parameters of operation to the transaction. A response is generated based at least in part on the rule set and returned to the transaction processing entity. The user interaction processing entity is configured to interact with a user associated with a payment account and present information about a transaction. The user interaction processing entity is further configured to receive from the user direction regarding how to modify the rule set and related parameters associated with the payment account.
System, Network Entity, Terminal And Method For Providing Digital Rights Management Of Client Applications
A system for providing digital rights management of content, such as an electronic game, includes a network entity and a client. The network entity is capable of sending an authentication challenge randomly identifying at least a portion of content stored in memory of a client. For example, the network entity can be capable of sending an authentication challenge randomly identifying at least one location in memory of the client. In response to the authentication challenge, the client is capable of generating an authentication code based upon the content identified by the authentication challenge, such as by generating an authentication code based upon the content stored at the identified locations in memory of the client. The client can then return the authentication code to the network entity, which can thereafter authenticate the client based upon the authentication code.

Abstract:
Systems and methods for controlling and/or authorizing payment transaction are described which may facilitate verification that payment transactions initiated with a payment token of a user are in fact vetted by user-configured rules. According to some examples, a method for controlling payment transactions may include storing a firs and second sets of rules in a database, which rules are configurable by a user. The method may further include communicating and/or applying the first set of rules by a first entity, such as a merchant, a payment network, or other payment acceptance provider. A payment transaction may be routed to a particular network as a result of the application of the first set of rules. During a verification stage, a second set of rules may be applied at the issuer level to determine whether or not user-configured rules have been applied. The transaction may be accepted or decline based on the application of the second set of rules and/or notification may be sent to the user regarding the resolution or the verification stage.
