I worked for the IBM company for 31 years before retiring in 1998 to begin my career in Real Estate. I've spent a lot of time in various Real Estate courses to improve my level of service to my clients, and have two Bachelor's degrees from St. Ambrose University (Computer Science and Business Administration.) Because IBM is sometimes construed as "I've been moved", I'm very familiar with the relocation process and providing all the information someone relocating to the Austin Texas area would want to acquire. Relocating can be a real hassle for an employee, and my direct take on it is I'm here to help get the answers, handle the problems and generally make it a more pleasant and reassuring process for people involved. I love working with clients in the Real Esate arena and help buyers, sellers, renters and landlords negotiate and work through all that is involved in a Real Estate transaction. Another part of this business I truly enjoy is working with first time home buyers. One should never quit learning and striving to learn, and every time I work with a first time buyer I get one or more questions I've never heard before and it's a special treat to get the answers!
