Entry of HIV-1 into target cells requires cell surface CD4 as well as additional host cell cofactors. A cofactor required for infection with virus adapted for growth in transformed T cell lines was recently identified and named fusin. Fusin, however, does not promote entry of macrophage-tropic viruses that are believed to be the key pathogenic strains in vivo. It has now been determined that the principal cofactor for entry mediated by the envelope glycoproteins of primary macrophage-tropic strains of HIV-1 is CC-CKR5, a receptor for the β-chemokines RANTES, MIP-1α, and MIP-1β.
The present invention provides, inter alia, peptide compositions and methods for treating and preventing Flaviviridae virus (e. g. , hepatitis C virus) infections.
Automatic Generation Of Executable Components From Business Process Models
Exemplary embodiments provide a computer implemented method, system and computer usable program code for automatically generating executable components from a process model. An input is received, wherein the input comprises a model that describes activities that needs to be performed as part of a business operation, a sequencing of the activities, and input and output data of the activities, forming a process model. A model of a set of connected business artifacts based on the process model, forming a business operation model, is generated. The business operation model is saved. The business operation model is displayed to a user. Executable components definitions based on the business operation model are generated.

Abstract:
The onset of activity of a first analgesic/antipyretic composition containing an analgesic/antipyretic effective amount of acetaminophen, caffeine and, optionally, aspirin is shortened by incorporating in the first composition an onset of analgesic/antipyretic activity shortening amount of at least one alkaline agent whereby a second composition is produced. The second composition being bioequivalent to the first composition but having a shorter onset of analgesic/antipyretic activity than the first composition.

Abstract:
Process management techniques using a representation state transfer architecture that manages a given process in a data-centric manner are disclosed. By way of one example, a method of managing a given process in a data-centric manner in a client/server environment, comprising at least one client and at least one server, comprises the following steps. The server obtains from the client at least one request associated with the given process. In response to the request obtained from the client, the server generates an entity, wherein the generated entity is represented in terms of a data model and a lifecycle model associated therewith, wherein the lifecycle model comprises states and state transitions with each transition caused by one or more activities in the given process, and wherein the given process is represented as a collection of communicating entities. The server sends a response to the at least one request to the client, wherein the response is based at least in part on the generated entity.

Abstract:
Techniques for modeling a composite application are provided. The techniques include identifying one or more entities that are processed in a user enterprise, identifying one or more actions to be performed during a lifecycle of the one or more entities, and modeling a composite application based on the one or more actions to be performed during a lifecycle of the one or more entities.

Abstract:
A mechanism is provided for forming a business entity model. A selection of business components is received from a business function model to be selected business components. Activities are found in an industry reference model to be selected activities corresponding to selected business components. Based on the selected activities, industry reference model is scoped to be a scoped industry reference model, which includes reducing business process models in the industry reference model to selected business process models corresponding to selected activities, reducing data models in the industry reference model to selected data models corresponding to use cases of selected activities, and reducing service operations in the industry reference model to selected service operations corresponding to the selected activities. Selected activities and scoped industry reference model are customized. Based on a business entity template, selected activities, and scoped industry reference model, business entities are generated to form a business entity model.
