Abstract:

Collapsible golf simulators include an enclosure mounted over a base. The base has a play surface configured to support a person using the golf simulator, and the enclosure is configured to receive golf balls hit from the play surface. A container is configured to be removably mounted to the base, and at least one component of at least one of a computer system and a graphical display system is disposed within the container. In additional embodiments, collapsible golf simulators include a collapsible enclosure mounted over a base. The enclosure is configured to receive a physical golf ball hit from a play surface on the base. The collapsible enclosure includes a plurality of arcuate rib members each having ends pivotally mounted to the base. The rib members are configured to pivot relative to the base and carry a sheet of pliable material. Methods of using such apparatuses are also disclosed.

Examples of the disclosure enable an availability of a resource to be discovered across regions. In some examples, a template is received from a client device. The template includes a plurality of parameters associated with a plurality of products. Based on a client location associated with the client device, a resource is identified, and, based on a first parameter, it is determined whether the identified resource is associated with the product. In response to determining that the resource is associated with the product, a feature associated with the resource is identified, and it is determined whether the identified feature satisfies the first parameter. In response to determining that the feature satisfies the first parameter, data associated with the resource is transmitted to the client device for presentation to a user. Aspects of the disclosure enable a computing device to manage one or more resources.

Abstract:

User interface integration across multiple clouds is achieved by hosting UI extensions for different services in the same browser window. The UI extensions are initialized by a shell with any necessary security context for the corresponding cloud. The shell provides versioning so that the newest version of the UI is presented to users for all versions of a service. Abstract:

A user input requesting a route that satisfies particular criteria (e.g., a route to one or more destinations) in a virtual world is received. A route from the current location of the user in the virtual world that satisfies the criteria is determined, and an indication of this route is displayed to the user. The indication of the route is displayed in a gameplay mode in which the user can immerse himself or herself in the virtual world. The indication of the route can be a multi-purpose indication, such as additionally indicating where it is recommended that the user accelerate or brake in a racing game. The user input can be received while the user is in the gameplay mode, allowing the user to remain immersed in the virtual world while requesting the route.
