I've been in real estate a long, long time. I started at the age of 17 in 1996, as an assistant to an agent. I started in Bellevue, with traditional marketing, but by 1999 transitioned to the web with my first company. I worked side by side with my high school sweetheart and the man that was to become my husband, Jonathan Washburn, as we started our first real estate company and mortgage office. About:

I've been fascinated with houses since elementary school, when I used to buy house plan magazines and pour over them for fun. I'd design my own plans and draw up the specs and daydream about the different lives a person could experience in each home. It's only natural that my love for architecture and design found it's outlet in real estate. I am blessed to do what I love most, working with people and help them buy and sell their homes. I started in real estate in 1996 as an assistant, merged into originating loans in 1999 and transitioned into full time real estate sales in April of 2002. I co-founded two real estate companies, one in 1999 and the other in 2004, both oriented toward serving the web-savvy consumer, where I still work today. In my spare time, I enjoy marathoning, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to beautiful places.
