About:
Sean Farley began his career traveling the world and performing with Up With People, an organization that sparks young adults to action through a Broadway Style production, community service and education. It was through a newspaper ad that read, “Seeking Someone Compassionately Competitive,” that Mr. Farley’s career took off at Sunrise Senior Living. Here he found fulfillment in guiding families and their loved ones while providing resources and support for both real estate and lifestyle decisions. Mr. Farley’s desire for cultivating long-term client relationships coupled with an interest in discovering what home ownership provides/signifies drew him to a career in Real Estate with Terrie O’Connor Realtors, not to mention the many years of friendship he has with the O’Connor family. Over the last 6 years, Sean feels blessed to serve the public in the purchase and/ or sale of their first, second or third homes. Sean is also well versed in the process of helping Seniors with their next steps in life, in assisting professionals/Families/Public with relocation and in the process of negotiating with banks in Short Sales and Foreclosures. Sean has also received recognition for his excellent work by achieving the prestigious New Jersey Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award Silver 2012 & 2013/ Bronze 2011, and Top Broker Sales Associate of the year for Ramsey 2012 & 2013, and Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent 2012 & 2013. Sean’s desire for meeting client’s needs and his passion for making a difference in the lives of others is what led him to Terrie O’Connor Realtors.
