I have always had an interest in Real Estate. Some of my earliest memories are of driving around New York City/Long Island with my parents, listening to them discuss properties. My first direct involvement in Real Estate was the purchase and sale of my first home in Los Angeles, in 1997. Our agent, Tracy King of Coldwell Banker, Pasadena appreciate that I had a very good general knowledge of the business. We had a very enjoyable business relationship. She appreciated that I knew when it was time to buy, and when to sell. I purchased my next home in Arizona, and also developed a good relationship with my broker, Dianne Mitchell. She also saw I had potential for a career in Real Estate. Again it was suggested I become directly involved in the process, but it was not until my move to Washington State, in 2007 when I finally began to think of Real Estate as a career. My broker Chuck Miller later asked me to join his business. Although I am newly licensed, I have sold several homes, and have had positive feedback from my clients, and feel that they are the most important factor. I am in this business because I enjoy it immensely, and because I am helping my clients achieve their goals. Each completed transaction should end in a positive outcome for all involved, that is my goal.
