Homeplace Advisors, LLC Urbana, IL (217)5528059 (Phone)
Interests:
Offering new options for clients in a changing real estate environment.
About:
Since 2007 I've worked in the real estate industry and I can say, with complete honesty, that I've learned something new every day. It's one of the main reasons I love working in this business. But the more I learned, the more disenchanted I became with the way real estate is traditionally practiced. I've found that it's often unclear to clients what they're really paying for when they pay a real estate agent a commission based on the sale price of their home. Why, for instance, might it cost $18,000 in commissions to sell a $300,000 home but only $9,000 to sell a $150,000 home? Is the amount of work required really twice as much for one as the other? (The answer, by the way, is usually no.) Further, a traditional one-size-fits-all bundle of real estate services doesn't always make sense depending on the situation. And so, I founded Homeplace Advisors, LLC, to offer clients complete transparency and more options when it comes to buying or selling a home. At Homeplace Advisors, our services are based on your needs and your budget. You don't have to pay a commission...unless you want to. We give every client alternatives and help you decide what makes the most sense for you. If you have questions, feel free to email me anytime at [email protected] You can also visit our website at www.HomeplaceAdvisors.com
