About:

Sharon Curcio is a full-time real estate professional in the Chicagoland area, including Park Ridge and neighboring communities, with more than thirty years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2005, Ms Curcio obtained her real estate license then joined the Baird and Warner (B & W) family of Realtors. In 2007, she achieved membership in B & W's Vice President's Club for outstanding sales performance. Ms. Curcio is highly motivated, organized and goal oriented. She provides each of her clients with optimal personalized service. She is passionate about educating her clients about the local real estate market in order for them to purchase the right property. To this end she hosts seminars for seniors at area senior centers' and homebuyer seminars at local corporate offices in Park Ridge and surrounding suburbs. Sharon publishes a quarterly newsletter "All About Real Estate" which is sent to her clients, customers, family and friends. In August 2009, Ms Curcio earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation to better serve her senior clients. In 2008, she earned the Certified Real Estate Negotiator designation. Eighty-five percent of the listings she markets sell with an average market time of seventy-four days; the listings sell at approximately ninety-four percent of ask price. Ms. Curcio markets residential and commercial properties in the greater Chicagoland area including Park Ridge, Niles, Des Pleaines, Mt. Prospect, Morton Grove, Chicago North and Near Northwest, Skokie, Harwood Heights, Norridge, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Edgebrook, Lincolnwood and other surrounding communities.
