Abstract:

The compact carrier is a compact, lightweight carrier for personal articles such as a child's book bag or backpack. The compact carrier comprises an open base cradle adapted for carrying heavy personal articles. A pair of wheels are disposed on opposing ends of the open base cradle, and a tether is coupled to the base cradle for pulling the compact carrier. The base cradle is formed of two semi-cylindrical half members that are slidably joined together such that the base cradle bay be extended in width for use, or compacted in width for storage. In use, heavy personal articles such as a child's book bag or backpack are placed on or within the base cradle, and secured in place by straps disposed along the tether.

Abstract:

The vertical utensil holder includes at least one upright support rod and a plurality of horizontally disposed receptacles which are mounted upon the support rod one above another. A base receptacle is mounted to a bottom end of the support rod to provide a stable base for the holder when the holder is disposed on a horizontal support surface. Each receptacle has at least one depression or shallow well defined on its upper surface, which generally corresponds in shape to the contours of the various utensils to be accommodated.

Abstract:

The hands free device holder is a worn over a user's shoulder to provide at least one pocket for holding a small electronic article, such a cell phone, music player or the like. The device holder is constructed of a flexible material and fashioned to lie over a user's shoulder. A holder portion lies over the user's chest, and has at least one pocket for holding a small electronic device. An anchor portion extends from the shoulder down and across the user's back. The device holder is worn over a seated user's shoulder with the anchor portion held in place between the user's back and a seat back, anchoring the hands free device holder and preventing it from slipping off from the user's shoulder. A bottom surface of the hands free device holder has a relatively high coefficient of friction to prevent slipping.
