About:

I started out in this business buying, doing fix and flips. Then I graduated to buying and holding properties to use as rentals. It didn't take me too long to tire of being a landlord so I got my license and went to work for other folks. I'm an expert on 1031 tax exchange properties, what an amazing tool they are. I love all kinds of buyers from the first timers to the senior population who are looking to sell for the last time. Most of my clients end up being close friends. I'm as protective as a wet hen! That probably stems from being the mother of 3 and grandmother of 8! Having said that, though, I try to be fair and equitable with both sides of the table so everyone feels like it's a win/win situation.
