A sample embodiment of the system comprises an Image Processing Means with one or more predetermined graphical layers, residing on the Image Processing Means The Image Processing Means has the ability to obtain one or more substitute layers and repeat a set of predetermined steps using predetermined layers and substitute layers to create a new image. A Web site, through the use of a Rules Engine, determines an expertise level of a User for one or more topics on a Web page.
