S. Expert, Dr. Gary Namie, Ph.D to be a Coordinator plus the opportunity to meet other International experts the International Conference in Montreal in 2008 with both Dr. Gary and his wife Dr. Ruth Namie made it possible to not only speak to the experts directly but also allowed me to attend the lectures given by the international leadersas well. I was inspired me to do more research online as well as read the books they have published to be able to understand the why but also how it is able to thrive in a country that was built on equality and justice for all. How come when so much evidence of how detrimental both to the targets but also to economy and society as a whole has allowed this to happen.. I have learned the most from my personal experiences in dealing with bullying that has given me the greatest incite into the impact it has on the targets. Fear has silenced the targets until now. Your voice is your power to stop this. You can stop the bullying and I can help you do this. If you or your child have been bullied please email me or call me. I advocate for many, for those who are unable to speak, the disabled, the elderly, the most volunerable and our children and education. I care about the all people. I have a sister who is multi-challenged so my introduction to bullying started at a very young age, The school yard was when I stood between my sister and the bullies. In 1999 I began to speak publicly and I became active at legislature and joined with others to pass The Whistle Blower bill for Health Care Workers, I joined with others to help pass the Bullying Laws in Schools and I joined with Dr. Gary Namie and his wife Ruthie who is also a Ph.D in psychology to become the Vt. State Coordinator for the Healty Workplace Bill. I am one of 50+ coordinator today in the United States. I am a mother, a grandmother who care my children and grandchildren and yours to make a difference in their lives.

Bragging Rights:

Everyone who has helped to advance the healthy workplace bill across the United States, Dr. Gary Namie Ph.D and his wife started this grass roots movement, Mrs. Namie had been a target of a bully in the university she worked at. I feel very blessed to be asked to join in this effort and to have the United States expert come to Vermont to speak to Vermonters. To have attended an International Conference on Workplace Bullying and meet the Ph.D's who have studied this for decades and their work recognized by the International Community. The United States is the only Country to not have Laws to protect the workers. It is shameful that we have made all other types of abuse to be illegal but we have yet to pass a law against abuse in the workplace. We have made huge strides to pass this law, N.Y. may well be the first. We are getting people educated to the facts of how Bullying impacts a society as a whole. I have had Vermonters from all 14 Counties contact me from all walks of life. The top three areas where Bullying is most prevalent are, School, Healthcare and Law enforcement!
