Abstract:
A fibrinolytic enzyme isolated from a culture broth of a mushroom has a characteristic of degrading a fibrin and a fibrinogen without activating an activity of a plasminogen. The plasminogen is activated to generate a plasmin to degrade the fibrin and/or fibrinogen, so that the fibrinolytic enzyme be used for the thrombosis-related diseases to degrade the fibrin and fibrinogen of blood clots without activate the plasminogen, so as to avoid a hemorrhage due to the over activation the plasminogen to over generate the plasmin.
Method Of Producing Liquid And Powered Mushroom Beta-Glucan
A method of producing liquid and powdered mushroom Beta-Glucan provides a uniform culture medium for the mushroom growing well and yielding high beta-glucan production rate. Adapting animal cell culture techniques, the growth of mushroom mycelium is speeded up and the production time is minimized. The use of serum bottles with magnetic stirring units reduces the size of mycelium to promote even distribution in result of better growth. The use of transparent, thermal resistant, and non-toxic polycarbonate (PC) bioreactors with orbital shakers, the fermentation process is better controlled and the production is enhanced while being production cost effective.
Production Method For Solid Cultured Active Mushroom Mycelium And Fruit-Body Metabolites (Amfm) Products Thereof
A production method effectively increases the amount and yield of mushroom beta-glucan, and widely applied in the fields of food, biotechnology, cultivation and medical development. The cultivating medium contains the nutrition of three natural grains, including brown rice, adlay and oat, to provide a complete physiological environment for the mushrooms to grow well. Experimental results strongly suggest that AMFM treated cell activities are significantly enhanced in comparison with those without AMFM treated.

Abstract:
A shrimp aquaculture system includes the steps of: (1) preparing a water container; (2) exposing the water container under the sunlight, and then filling with predetermined amount of water; (3) adding 50 liter of liquid-fermentation feed into the water container at least 1 to 2 times per day; (4) adding 50 kilogram of beneficial agents into the water container once per day to obtain nursing water; (5) adding larva and young shrimp into the nursing water, and further adding a solid-fermentation feed into the nursing water, at least once a day, lasting for 0.5 to 3 months beginning on the date of adding young and larva shrimp; (6) three months later, adding regular shrimp feed containing beneficial agents into the water container; and (7) adding the amount of 1 to 3 ppm of photosynthetic bacteria into the nursing water of the water container once a day.
