First and foremost...My objective is to always make sure that my clients are pleased with my level of Real Estate service. It is important to me, that my clients feel confident about referring buyers and seller before their own transaction is over. About me: I have a somewhat technical background. I worked for many years at Emory University Hospital where I was given the opportunity to develop database software for the Risk Management Department. Believe it or not, having this particular experience with database development has helped me and my clients tremendously. Because of it, I was able to set up my own real estate software to keep track off everything, including house viewing activity and ultimately provide nice and clear reports for my clients. They do really seem to appreciate this. For several years my husband and I ran our tour business. We put groups of people together from all over the U.S. and provided tours to the Colonial Cities of Mexico. In 2001 we took a break from that, to take on a new special project of promoting and advertising travel related businesses throughout Mexico. We were basically doing photo shoots at various hotels, restaurants, points of interest, etc. to have photos for their new websites, we were creating for each of them. As we took those thousands and thousands of interior photos of the establishments, we learned a thing or two about how to best feature and maximize their exposure on the internet. Of course, this has served us well in photographing homes for Real Estate promotion. I must say that for a long time, I though that I would never become a sales person, because I had such a bad impression of them. I don't know why, but it didn't quite register that if I became a REALTOR I would be ... A SALES PERSON! lol... The joke is on me! Well, I decided to be a different type of sales person. One, people wouldn't hate. The type that would'nt harrass people. I'd be the one that is available when needed the most. And that is who I am. I think one of the biggest gifts I can give my clients, is my passion for marketing. I absolutely love marketing. I'm even marketing in my sleep. Why? I don't know, I just do. And, believe it or not, I love being a SALES PERSON too. =D Oh yea, and having a degree in Marketing from Georgia State is like icing on the cake. I truly believe that I offer a true full service package to all of my clients. Who by the way, seem to end up as friends after the whole deal is done.
