He settled for a 13-under-par 59, after shooting 71 in Friday's first round in his third Champions Tour event. His 14-under 130 is good for a one-stroke lead over Steve Lowery. Fifteen players were within five shots of the lead going into Sunday's final round.
Steve Lowery shot 7-under 65 to move into second place at minus-13. First- round co-leader John Cook carded a 5-under 67 in round two. He fell into third place at 12-under-par 132. Scott Hoch (64) is one stroke back at minus-11.
