Abstract:
This invention allows a painter to use a sprayer to reach objects or surfaces that would otherwise be out of reach for them. A step is provided on the sprayer which provides a quick and easy solution for users when prepping and cleaning a room. This feature would easily allow an average sized man to reach the ceiling in an 8 foot room and other similar heights. In this function the step would allow the sprayer frame to act as a step stool or step ladder.

Abstract:
A thermoplastic line striper has a shift box assembly () which guides the screed box () and bead dispenser box () to following positions: 1) the deployed position where the screed box () is down and screed gate () is open and the bead box dispenser wheel is engaged; 2) non-deployed and down on ground where the screed box () is down, the screed gate () is closed and the bead box () dispenser wheel is disengaged; and 3) non-deployed and raised off the ground where the screed box () is raised up, the screed gate () is closed and the bead box dispenser () wheel is disengaged. In this third position, the stick shift () is locked for transport mode by hooking it behind hook () in shift plate ().

Abstract:
A screed die box includes a screed die bucket, a screed die box gate, a screed die box lever, a screed plate, and a positioning member. The screed die box gas is slidably connected at the bottom of the screed die bucket. The screed die box lever is rotatably connected to the screed die bucket and the screed die box gate for sliding the screed die box gate between an open position and a closed position. The screed plate is slidably connected along an aft side of the screed die bucket and includes a positioning aperture. The positioning member is located in the screed die bucket and engages the screed plate, the positioning member sliding the screed plate as the positioning member is rotated.

Abstract:
A mobile thermoplastic applicator comprises a kettle, a main gas burner, a heat exchanger plenum, and a screed die box. The kettle has walls which define an interior space for melting thermoplastic. The main gas burner is situated beneath the kettle, and is configured to heat the kettle. The heat exchanger plenum is situated inside the thermoplastic kettle and is configured to subdivide the interior space and circulate heated air from the main gas burner. The screed die box is configured to receive molten thermoplastic from the kettle and deposit that molten thermoplastic on a surface.
