I want to form a solid therapeutic relationship with the patient, to empower the person to set and achieve goals, to be more authentic and emotionally stable, and to be successful in solving the problems of life that confront us all. I can help with practical concerns (how do I manage my panic attacks?) and provide thoughtful and informed insight on existential issues (meaning and purpose in life). The person is body, mind, and spirit. Solutions should be holistic, aimed at the entire person.
