Abstract:

A method for generating a variable pulse width signal on an integrated circuit (IC) chip, includes receiving a first clock signal on the IC chip and receiving a second clock signal on the IC chip having a variable delay relative to the first clock signal. A signal having a rising edge triggered by a rising edge of the first clock signal and a falling edge triggered by a rising edge of the second clock signal is output. The output signal is provided to circuitry on the chip, such as a magnetoresistive junction (MTJ) cell of a spin torque transfer magnetic random access memory (STT-MRAM).

Abstract:

A system and method of operating a memory device is disclosed. In a particular embodiment, an apparatus is disclosed that includes a bit cell coupled to a first bit line and to a second bit line. The apparatus also includes a sense amplifier coupled to the first bit line and to the second bit line. The apparatus includes a loop circuit configured to provide a sense amplifier enable signal to the sense amplifier in response to receiving a first signal. The apparatus also includes a wordline enable circuit configured to provide a wordline enable signal to a wordline driver in response to receiving a second signal. The loop circuit receives the first signal before the wordline enable circuit receives the second signal.

Abstract:

A method of manufacturing a gelatin shape collagen food, which contains a tendon structure therein, is provided. The method is comprised of: 1) boil tendons from a cow in water for 90 minutes, 2) quench the tendon with cold water at 15 C., 3) rip off meats from the tendons, 4) slice the tendons in a shape with a 5 mm thickness, 1 cm width and 10 cm length. At the same time 5) boil cow's pettitoe in water for one hour, 6) rip off skin of the cow pettitoe and remove fats by hand, 7) boil the cow's pettitoe again in water for 30 minutes to remove residual fat, 8) mix the sliced tendons and ripped off pettitoe in water in 1:1:4 volume ratios, add caramel drop, gelatin powders and apple cider, 9) boil down the mixtures prepared in the eighth step slowly for 1.5 hours, 10) put the mixture in a mold and quench as soon as possible, 11) dry out the gelatin structure by blowing air at room temperature for four hours, and 12) cut the gelatin structure into desired size.

Abstract:

Devices, systems and methods facilitate analyzing, identifying and sorting particles in fluids, including cytometry devices and techniques. The described techniques can be used in a variety of applications such as in chemical or biological testing and diagnostic measurements. One exemplary flow cytometry device includes a channel that is capable of conducting a fluid containing at least one particle and also capable of allowing light be transmitted to and from the channel. The flow cytometry device also includes a lens that is positioned between the channel and a color filter. The lens directs at least a portion of light transmitted from the channel to the color filter. The color filter includes a plurality of zones, where each zone is adapted to allow transmission of only a particular spectral range of light. The flow cytometry device further includes a detector configured to receive the light that is transmitted through the color filter.
