What's not to love? We've got beautiful lakes, parks, hiking trails, bicycle paths, and of course, a great community of people. My enthusiasm for helping someone find the perfect home here has never diminished, nor has being able to help sell a home for someone who's decided its time for a move. I am very proactive, knocking on doors, calling around the community in which a client wants to buy or sell, and utiizing my extensive network of contacts that I've built over the last 25 years of living and working in our neighborhood. But I firmly believe that its not how much you know, it's how much you care! I invest my time and money for my clients to achieve the best outcome because I love what I do, and it is my personal goal to satisfy each client so much that they feel completely comfortable and confident referring their friends and family to me. And I am very proud that most of my clients are referrals and repeat clients! Trust is a wonderful thing, and I will never take that for granted. Because I have completed hundreds of transactions as well as numerous specialized training courses and certifications, I can honestly say I have the knowledge and proven ability to overcome almost any obstacle and navigate any situation to the benefit of my clients. Not only am I determined to succeed with each client, I have the tools to do so...such as being able to anticipate problems and provide the best solutions in a timely manner. Living and working here for so long has made me well versed with it comes to our amenities, school districts, and rates of appreciation...all of which are crucial to know when choosing a home. When I represent sellers, I spend a great deal of time and energy promoting and selling my listings to the local community, realtors, and to a huge array of buyers via the internet. I use my own marketing dollars and considerable expertise to promote your home, create excitement in potential buyers, and articulate your home's worth. In short, I treat you the same way I would want to be treated if I were buying or selling a home. While the last 4 years or so have proven to be challenging in the real estate market to say the least, I've consistently been ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in our area, and 2009 was my best year ever. I did that by determination, education, and by just treating people with the same respect and honesty I would want. Oh, and one last thing...I play well with others and I don't run with scissors :)
