We found ourselves enchanted with this area on two previous visits and, rather spontaneously, sold our home in Kansas City and headed to the mountains of Western North Carolina. In spite of my deep roots in Kansas and Terry's in Minnesota, we have never regretted the day our moving van parked in front of our new residence in Asheville. Our time here is still a dream. The layers of green, the beauty of the mountains, the diverse and friendly people, the culture of the city with its multitude of things to do, all "pinch me" every day.Life evolves and mine, like most, has been one of change and growth. I have a need to learn and sate my curiosity, whether that be listening to people's stories, reading books, watching movies, theatre and television shows of worth, meeting new people, traveling to new places, hiking to see the world around me and exploring my own creativity in drawing and painting.Real estate has provided me an ever changing dynamic in which to learn.
