Pew study urges more consumer protections at banks
The results are a mixed bag for consumers this year, said Susan Weinstock, director of Pews consumer banking project. The good news is weve seen improvements in some areas. The bad news is weve also seen some worsening, she told reporters in a conference call Tuesday.
