Sylvia Isaacs always knew she would love to work in real estate. From selling incredible fine wines, to creating unforgettable experiences at the Four Seasons, to exploring the most beautiful places in the world; her affinity for the most remarkable things in life made real estate a natural transition. The daughter of an engineer for the U.S. military, Sylvia was born in California but spent her childhood between the Pacific island of Guam, and eventually Houston, Texas. College took her to the state’s capital, where she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Marketing, and enjoyed the incredible food, music and culture of the city. In 1994, she went to Kona, Hawaii on a working vacation – where she married a fellow Texan and world-class fisherman and stayed for 12 years. In 2006, Sylvia, her husband and 2 sons made the move to Florida’s Gulf Coast, where she now specializes in the many residential communities found in Manatee County and the coastal islands of Anna Maria and Longboat Key. Sylvia is equal parts left brained and right brained – logical and passionate. This serves her well as a Realtor. Inquisitive by nature, she analyzes all factors of a situation and hones in on serving her clients’ interests, in turn getting them the best deals. In the moments away from real estate, she can be found cooking something delicious for friends and family, practicing yoga, boating and making the most of life beneath the Florida sun.
