Chobani officially recalls moldy yogurt after complaints
Chobani products marked with the code 16-012 and best-buy dates of Sept. 11, 2013 to Oct. 7, 2013 are affected by the voluntary recall. Federal Food and Drug Administration officials are working with the company to remove products from national retail sale, said spokeswoman Tamara Ward.
The manufacturer, packer or distributor of a dietary supplement is required to notify the FDA of any adverse events linked to its product, according to agency spokeswoman Tamara Ward. That requirement does not apply to products sold as beverages or food.

FDA Warns Temporary Black Henna Tattoos Aren't Safe
In speaking with NBC, FDA spokesperson Tamara Ward explained that the longer lasting ink in black henna style tattoos have been linked to symptoms including redness, blisters, oozing lesions, increased sensitivity to sunlight and permanent scarring.
